Save paper and ink by printing several PDF pages on one sheet. This free N-up tool places 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 16 pages on each page of a new PDF - perfect for lecture slides, handouts, reading copies and proofs. It picks the best orientation automatically and runs in your browser.
How to put multiple pages on one sheet
- Select your PDF.
- Choose how many pages per sheet, the paper size and the page order.
- Click Create PDF, then print the new file normally (1 page per sheet in the printer settings).
Which layout should I choose?
- 2 per sheet - two portrait pages side by side on landscape paper: great for books and reading.
- 4 per sheet - the classic handout; text is still easy to read.
- 6 or 9 per sheet - ideal for presentation slides.
- 16 per sheet - overview of a whole document, for proofing layouts.
- Choose Right to left order for Arabic books and documents.
Need to change the page order first? Use Organize PDF. To change paper size without combining pages, use Resize PDF.
