Got an application, registration or tax form as a PDF? The free PDF form filler finds every fillable field - text boxes, checkboxes, drop-down lists and radio buttons - and lets you complete them in a simple list. Save the filled form, or flatten it so the answers can no longer be changed. The file stays on your device.
How to fill a PDF form
- Select the PDF form. All fillable fields appear below it.
- Type your answers, tick the boxes and choose options from the lists.
- Optional: tick Flatten after filling to lock the answers.
- Click Save filled PDF and download.
My PDF has no fillable fields
Many forms are just printed pages turned into PDF. In that case use Edit PDF to type text anywhere on the page, and Sign PDF to add your signature.
Good to know
- Field names come from the form, so they may be short codes - check the preview of the PDF if a label is unclear.
- Form fields accept Latin letters, numbers and symbols. For Arabic answers, use Edit PDF, which can place Arabic text on the page.
- Filled forms open normally in Adobe Reader, Chrome, Edge and phone PDF viewers.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free to fill PDF forms here?
Yes, with no account, no limit and no watermark.
What does flatten mean?
Flattening turns form fields into normal page content. The answers stay visible and print correctly but cannot be edited anymore. You can also use Flatten PDF on its own.
Is my form data private?
Yes. The form is filled inside your browser and nothing is uploaded.
